Raw Materials

What you feel is not only the smell and the taste of the raw materials, rather it’s the complexities given by the fermentation and productive process. This is because we choose to use untreated raw materials, left free to mature in the orchard to reach its best expression. There’s no rush: for us to always follow its natural timing is mandatory.

Raw materials which hail directly from our orchards, from historical and trusted producers or that we go harvesting directly from where they grow naturally, in all their authenticity. Even the water we use to dilute the ABV of our distillates is no ordinary water but pure Monte Grappa spring water.

So, what do we add to our distillates?

Nothing, only passion.

Authentic raw materials, treated with mastery and respect, do not need any additions: no sugars, aromas, alcohol or otherwise. We let all the work be done by our fruit, our original stills and simple rest.

The result?

Exceptional distillates, authentic, humble, clean and enveloping.
