It’s what we love most.
We’ve always went through valleys, forests and mountains in search of rare and wild fruits. Because behind the honey pears with the last few trees left, the dog rose, the blackthorn sloe, cornelian cherries and many other fruits, there exists a world that’s either forgotten or never truly understood. The gratification that we receive from entrapping the essence, the soul of a mountain berry or of a wild fruit inside of a distillate is our true prize. A luxury that we’ll never stop affording, despite the great difficulties in harvesting, the incredibly low yields and the production costs which we often refuse to calculate.
