FROM THE RAW GRAPE TO THE DISTILLATE, NATURALLY

Of a surprising simplicity.

No, it’s not a grappa or even a wine distillate. It’s a wonderful product obtained through the simple distillation of fermented grapes. This is how our grape distillates are born: we de-stem and vinify including the juice, pulp and skin, letting the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature for all the time needed. The choice of the grapes is crucial: not everyone is suited for producing organoleptic, wholesome results and for that reason we select only the grapes we know are capable of transmitting their unique, authentic identity to the drinking glass.
