Dilution

To bring our distillates to the correct tasting ABV we only use spring water, as opposed to water from the supply network which is treated or otherwise demineralized. These treatments, demineralisations or sweetening turn the water “dead”, depriving it of its natural minerals and the energy present in spring water.

We only choose water that comes from “secret” springs from the Monte Grappa Massif, with specific characteristics. Pure, alive, vibrant: we can’t think of a better water for our distillates.
